SmileJet coordinates with on-site verified partner clinics across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc. We verify every clinic to one 18-point standard, re-quote you on arrival if your case proves more complex, and refund platform fees in full if we cannot match you within seven days. If a clinical issue arises later, we liaise with the treating clinic, and another verified clinic where useful, to help you resolve it. We do not promise a fixed clinical remedy, a guarantee window, or free re-treatment: those decisions sit with the treating clinic.

SmileJet coordinates with partner clinics across the five Vietnamese cities to verify quality up front and to help patients resolve treatment-related issues. The standard is identical regardless of city.

Every SmileJet partner clinic across the five Vietnamese cities is on-site inspected and meets our quality standard. The standard is identical regardless of city: sterilisation, credentials, equipment, and outcomes audited by a single network-wide verification team.

Treatment coordination support

If a treatment-related issue arises after you return home, SmileJet liaises with the treating partner clinic, and another verified clinic in the network where that is more practical, to help you raise and resolve it. Hoi An patients can often be seen in Da Nang; Phu Quoc patients in Ho Chi Minh City. The clinical decision and any costs sit with the treating clinic.

Re-quote on arrival, in any city

If your case turns out more complex than the photos showed once you reach your chosen city, the partner clinic re-quotes you on arrival. No surprise bills. If you choose to walk away after the in-clinic consultation, we refund any SmileJet platform fees in full.

Match in your chosen city, or full refund

If we cannot match you to a suitable verified clinic in your chosen Vietnamese city within seven days of your enquiry, we refund any SmileJet platform fees in full and offer to route you to an alternate Vietnamese city of your preference. You are not stuck with a city that does not fit.

How it works

Why the coordination support spans the whole network

The coordination support spans the network because the SmileJet Vietnamese partner network spans the network. The dental school pedigree at the National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology is national, not regional. The verification process is identical across cities. The clinical materials, including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Osstem, and Dentium implants, are the same brands in every partner clinic. So when a case needs follow-up, SmileJet can help arrange it at a verified clinic in any of the five cities.

This matters in practice. Consider a Hoi An All-on-4 patient who returns home, then six months later notices an issue at one implant site. Rather than being tied to a single city, that patient can ask SmileJet to coordinate follow-up in Da Nang (a 30-minute drive away, with easier airport access) or in Ho Chi Minh City if their original case is best resumed there. The clinical record travels with them, and the treating clinic decides the appropriate clinical response.

The same logic covers re-quoting. If a Phu Quoc patient arrives and the on-site consultation reveals their case is more complex than the photos suggested, the partner clinic re-quotes with the new complexity factored in. If the patient prefers a second opinion at a Ho Chi Minh City clinic instead, that is honoured at no platform-fee penalty. The aim is to deliver the right clinical match, not to lock the patient into the first city they picked.

What we do not promise

To be honest about what coordination support is and is not:

  • Coordination support helps you raise treatment-related issues (implant failure, restoration debonding, prosthetic mechanical failure under normal use) with the treating clinic. It does not promise a specific remedy, a fixed coverage window, or no-charge re-treatment: those decisions sit with the treating clinic.
  • SmileJet does not pay for return flights, accommodation, or travel costs for any follow-up. Most patients who need follow-up combine it with another trip rather than travelling solely for it.
  • We do not commit to a specific clinic match, only a suitable verified clinic match in your chosen city. The verification network is what we curate, not a single named practice.
  • We do not guarantee any specific clinical outcome. Implant survival rates at protocol-aligned clinics meet the published Moraschini 2015 systematic review benchmark of approximately 94.6% pooled five-year survival, but no clinical procedure is 100% certain.
Accountability

How we hold ourselves accountable

Outcomes tracked network-wide

We track every SmileJet-referred patient outcome for 12 months post-treatment, regardless of city. Clinics whose complication rates drift above benchmark are removed from the network.

Annual re-audit

Sterilisation logs, instrument tracking, waste disposal protocols, and outcome data are re-audited annually for every partner clinic in every Vietnamese city. The standard does not slacken over time.

What backing the promise looks like, step by step

1 You enquire Submit photos, X-rays, and your city preference via the SmileJet quote form. We review your case within 24 to 48 hours and match you to a verified partner clinic that fits your treatment scope.
2 Clinic match confirmed You receive a written match confirmation and itemised quote in English. The quote locks the case price for the agreed scope.
3 You arrive in Vietnam The in-clinic consultation and CBCT scan run on Day 1. If the on-site review reveals a scope change, you are re-quoted on arrival at no SmileJet platform fee, and you can walk away with a full refund of any platform fees paid.
4 Treatment proceeds Your treatment is carried out at the verified partner clinic by the confirmed treating dentist. All clinical materials, lab work, and follow-up visits during your trip are covered in the quoted price.
5 You depart with your treatment record A full written treatment record in English, including materials used, implant brand and lot number, and shade specifications, is issued on departure. This travels with you and is used for any follow-up by your home dentist.
6 Coordination support continues If a clinical issue arises after you return home, SmileJet liaises with the treating clinic, and another verified clinic in the network where useful, to help you raise and resolve it. You are not tied to your original clinic.

If a clinical issue arises, how does SmileJet help?
Contact SmileJet by email at [email protected] or Facebook Messenger (m.me) using the details on your treatment record. Describe the clinical issue and attach a photograph where possible. SmileJet then liaises with the treating partner clinic, and where appropriate another verified clinic in the network, to help assess and resolve the issue. The clinical response and any costs are determined by the treating clinic; SmileJet coordinates the conversation rather than promising a specific remedy.
Is the coordination support the same across all five Vietnamese cities?
Yes. SmileJet applies the same 18-point verification standard and the same coordination process in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc. Because the partner network spans all five cities, follow-up can often be arranged at a verified clinic that is convenient for you, not only the city where your original treatment took place.
What if I am not happy with the aesthetic result?
Cosmetic preference changes and clinical issues are handled differently. If veneers are placed at the shade and shape you confirmed at try-in and you later decide you want something different, that is a new treatment rather than a coordination matter. If a restoration delaminates, debonds, or fractures under normal use, that is a clinical issue SmileJet will help you raise with the treating clinic.
What is the SmileJet platform fee and when is it refunded?
SmileJet charges a platform coordination fee at the point of match confirmation. This fee is refunded in full if SmileJet cannot match you to a suitable verified clinic in your chosen city within seven days of your enquiry, or if you choose to walk away after the on-arrival re-quote. It is not refunded once treatment has commenced.
What does the re-quote on arrival cover?
If the in-clinic consultation and CBCT scan on Day 1 reveal that your case is more complex than your photos suggested, the partner clinic re-quotes you on arrival with the revised scope. There is no SmileJet platform fee for the re-quote, and if you decide not to proceed you can walk away with any platform fees refunded in full.
