What we do when you book a clinic through us, and what we do not. Plainly.
SmileJet books featured partner clinics in Vietnam on WhatsApp or Messenger, at no charge to you. We pass your questions, photos and X-rays to the clinic and ask for a written quote. We give no guarantee or warranty, and we do not verify, audit or screen clinics. "Featured partner" is a commercial listing relationship, not a clinical endorsement.
What we commit to.
Book at no charge
SmileJet books the clinic for you and charges you nothing. You pay the clinic directly.
Talk in your language
We handle the conversation in English, Russian or Vietnamese for most clinics, and in English for An Tam Smile in Hoi An.
Ask for it in writing
We ask the clinic for a written quote naming each item, its material or implant brand, and what the price covers.
Publish only sourced prices
Prices on SmileJet's Vietnam pages come from the clinics' own lists or quotes, named and dated. Some clinics, such as An Tam Smile and Van Hanh, publish none.
What we do not promise.
- No SmileJet guarantee or warranty. Warranties are the clinic's own; Picasso and Tri Hao publish theirs per material.
- No verification, audit, inspection or screening of clinics, and no clinical endorsement.
- No fixed price before the dentist has examined you. Prices are indicative; only a written quote for your case applies.
- No clinical decisions. Treatment, and any remedy or cost if something goes wrong, are the clinic's decision.
- No travel costs. SmileJet does not pay for flights or accommodation.
