How these guides are written,
including the parts you would rather we hid.
SmileJet publishes 865 guides. This page explains how they are produced, what is checked, and what is not. It is deliberately specific, because "written by experts" is a claim anyone can type.
The disclosure
Most of this site is machine-drafted.
822 of our 865 published guides were drafted by an AI system working from our own clinic, city and price records, then published under the SmileJet name. We are telling you that up front rather than letting you infer it.
What that means in practice: the structure, the prose and the ordering are machine work. The underlying facts are drawn from the database behind this site, so a price in an article and a price on a clinic page come from the same record. What it does not mean is that a dentist read the article before it went live. No article on this site carries clinical review, and none of them says it does.
Guides are not medical advice and are not a substitute for examination by a dentist. Where a guide describes a procedure, it describes the general case. Your case is the one that matters and we cannot see it.

What we will not print.

No invented people. No article carries a byline for a person who does not exist, and no clinician is named as a reviewer unless they reviewed it.

No "verified" where we mean "listed". A clinic we have gathered public information about is listed. A clinic that pays to be promoted is a featured partner. Neither word is verified.

No savings figure without a basis. Comparisons name the market they compare against, and are clamped to ranges the underlying prices actually support.

No fabricated dates or case numbers. If we do not hold a figure, the sentence does not get written.

Nothing written for crawlers that a reader cannot see. No hidden text, no instructions to AI systems about how to treat this site.
Corrections
How to get something changed.
Message us with the page and what is wrong. Factual errors are corrected or the claim is removed. If a clinic disputes something we have published about it, the clinic can claim its listing and edit its own record directly, and we will take down anything it shows to be inaccurate.
Prices change without telling us. If a price here does not match what a clinic quotes you, the clinic's written quote is the real number and we would like to know so we can update ours. See how we source prices.
