Smile makeover planning: what happens on each day

Day 1: consultation and digital smile design

Your treating dentist photographs your current smile, scans your bite digitally, and builds a smile design mockup on screen. You see the proposed shade, tooth shape, and gum line before any preparation begins. Adjustments are made at this stage, not after teeth have been prepared. Day 2: preparation and temporaries

Days 3-5: laboratory fabrication
