Can I fly after dental implant surgery?
Most dentists recommend waiting at least 48 hours after implant surgery before flying. Cabin pressure changes do not directly affect the implant itself, but flying too soon after surgery can increase swelling, discomfort, and the risk of dry socket in extraction sites. Your dentist will advise based on your specific procedure. Plan your return flight for at least two days after any surgical procedure — this is another reason to book a flexible fare.
What if my treatment runs over and I miss my scheduled flight?

Do I need transit insurance if I connect via Singapore or Jakarta?
