I contacted the clinic and asked to schedule an appointment. Valentina and I discussed my problem and other issues, and she was very nice. I mentioned the dates I could come. Valentina nodded. The next day, I asked Valentina if I had an appointment, to which she replied (quote), "Good evening, we've made a provisional appointment for the 27th. I'll tell you the exact time the day before." I informed Valentina that I couldn't make it on the same day and needed an appointment in advance. To which Valentina responded with voicemails saying, "WE HAVE PATIENTS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES, AND IF A DOCTOR IS SUDDENLY AVAILABLE, HE WILL SEE YOU. PEOPLE BOOK WITH US FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE, blah blah." A reasonable response: "So, you book appointments way in advance, and you charge me the same as other clients. You can provide them with an appointment in advance, but I have to sit like a dog and wait for you to deign to invite me for a consultation with your heaven-sent doctor?" They told me I had strange, inappropriate rhetoric and blocked me. 🤡 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I arrived at the "ELITE DENT" clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia on 09/28/2025 for dental treatments, zirconia crowns for the upper and lower jaw. I could not resist until I returned and had to enter the site and write how happy, joyful and satisfied I am with the treatment I received from the clinic's team. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the indescribable high-level professional work. Prof. Balaban was responsible for the surgical procedure and the next day I could eat. There was no pain, no bleeding, no swelling. How to get around here on the metro and where to exchange money. In short, the staff here is caring beyond expectations. The hotel is pleasant. There is always a movement of Israelis here and the hotel is in an amazing and central location. We arrived at the clinic for dental treatments at first with great apprehension, and later when we met Anton, the contact person who speaks Hebrew, we discovered a pleasant, attentive person, and took care of all our needs from coordinating pick-up from the airport to the small details of our stay at the clinic's hotel. Anton was reassuring even if things were a little delayed in coordinating appointments and times, Anton made sure that everything was taken care of and was available at almost all hours of the day and night! The team, headed by the amazing Dr. Vladimir, is professional, meticulous, and punctual, and did not give up until everything was perfect! The treatment and surgery to remove the old teeth and fix the implants went smoothly without any problems and as promised. I returned to Israel with temporary teeth, which themselves were of a high standard, and we returned to the clinic again after 5 months for Plan B for the installation of the permanent teeth, and the result was perfect. In addition, I must also mention the use of advanced technology that the clinic works with, which gave us a good and relaxed feeling from the beginning.
