Register
The form below. Your clinic name, where you are, and how to reach you.
Get your login by email
We open your account straight away and email the password. You pick your own the first time you sign in.
Write your page
Fill in your description, prices, photos, dentists and hours. Add a page for each of your locations from the same login.
We review, then publish
Press send for review and a person reads it. We publish it or write back asking for a change. Nothing you write is public before that.

What you can put on it, and change whenever you like.
Your description
A one-line summary and the full text patients read on your page.
Photos
Your reception, chairs, sterilisation area and lab. Reorder them and pick the one that leads.
Treatments and prices
What you offer and what you charge. Your figures, in your currency, changed whenever they change.
Your dentists
A photo, a bio and a specialty for each one. Patients travelling abroad want to know who will treat them.
Opening hours
Day by day, in your own timezone. A day with no hours reads as closed rather than unknown.
Questions and answers
The questions patients keep asking you, answered once on the page.
A video
One video on your page. A walk through the clinic works better than an advert.
Replies to reviews
Answer a patient review in public, under the review itself.

Questions
Before you register, the things clinics ask us.
What does it cost to be listed?
Nothing. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee and no charge per enquiry. We earn a commission on a patient who travels and treats with you, at the rate set in your agreement.
How long does approval take?
We read submissions by hand, so it depends on how many are waiting. You get an email either way: your page is published, or we tell you what needs changing.
Why was my page sent back?
The email says exactly what to change, in our own words. Make the change in the portal and press send for review again.
Can I list more than one location?
Yes. One login holds as many pages as you have clinics, and you switch between them in the portal. Each page is reviewed on its own.
Can I change my page after it is live?
Yes, and your changes appear as you save them. Only the first publication waits for review.
My clinic is already on SmileJet. What do I do?
Some pages were written from public sources before their clinic joined. Open your page and use the claim link on it, and we will hand it over rather than create a second one.
Who sees the email address I register with?
It is your login and it is where we write to you. Publishing a contact email on your public page is a separate choice you make in the portal.
Can I stop being listed?
Yes. Write to [email protected] and we take the page down. Patients already mid-treatment are unaffected.
