Why Partner With SmileJet

Eight Reasons Top Clinics Join SmileJet

We built SmileJet so partner clinics get international patients without the marketing overhead, channel conflict, or financial risk of going it alone.

Patients From 28+ Source Markets

Reach Australian, American, British, Canadian, Kiwi, Irish, Singaporean and Korean patients actively researching dental work abroad. Our SEO, paid, and referral channels deliver validated leads — not raw inquiries.

Zero Upfront Cost

No membership fees. No marketing fees. No lead fees. We earn a commission only when a patient actually treats at your clinic. Your financial risk is zero.

Pre-Qualified, Validated Patients

Every lead is screened by our patient coordinators. You receive complete medical histories, X-rays, budget, travel dates, and treatment expectations before you quote — so your consultation time is never wasted.

Multi-Language Clinic Profile

Your profile is presented in English for all major source markets, with translated treatment descriptions and photo captions. We handle the content adaptation; you stay focused on care.

Medical Board of Excellence Halo

Verified partners carry the SmileJet Medical Board of Excellence badge on Google and our site — a trust marker reviewed by five internationally recognized dental specialists.

Same Price, No Markup

Patients pay your official price list. We add no markup. Your direct and referred-patient economics never conflict — there is no second set of prices to maintain.

Patient Coordination Handled

Our coordinators manage pre-arrival WhatsApp support, airport pickup logistics, accommodation recommendations, and post-treatment follow-up — freeing your front desk.

Lead Dashboard + Analytics

Track every inquiry, quote, conversion, and patient review in one partner dashboard. Export monthly reports for your marketing team.

How Partnership Works

From Demo Call to First Patient in 14 Days

A deliberately short onboarding because you're running a clinic, not writing marketing copy.

  1. 1

    Register your Clinic

    Step 1 • 15 minutes

Tell us about your clinic, treatment specialties, and current international patient flow. We share SmileJet's partner model, pricing, and the types of patients we're sending to your city.

  2. 2

    Quality & Compliance Review

    Step 2 • 3–5 days

Our Medical Board of Excellence reviews your credentials, sterilisation protocols, material sourcing, lab partners, and patient-outcome data against 47 safety criteria before onboarding.

  3. 3

    Sign the Partnership Agreement

    Step 3 • Same day

Receive the agreement by email. It sets the per-patient commission rate for your country, the SmileJet patient guarantee terms, and your global warranty commitment.

  4. 4

Build Your Profile in the Partner Cabinet

    Step 4 • 2–3 hours

Upload clinic photos, doctor bios, accreditations, price packages, and treatment timelines. Our team edits copy and translates where needed so your listing converts for overseas patients.

  5. 5

Go Live to 28+ Source Markets

    Step 5 • Instant

Your profile is published across smilejet.app, Google indexed, shared with our coordinators, and surfaced to patients requesting quotes in your specialty. First leads typically arrive within 14 days.

Commission Model

How SmileJet Gets Paid

We make money only when you do. Here's exactly how it works — no surprises.

Commission per Converted Patient

A fixed commission rate per patient who actually treats at your clinic. Rate is set in the partnership agreement and depends on your country and treatment mix.

No Monthly Fees

Nothing to pay until the first patient books and arrives. If no patients book, you owe nothing.

No Lead Fees or Marketing Bills

We do not charge per inquiry, per click, or per profile view. SEO, paid ads, and content are on us.

Patients Pay Your Price List

No markups. No hidden fees. Patients get the same quote they would get if they walked into your clinic directly.

Net-30 Invoicing

You invoice SmileJet monthly for commissions owed. Clear statements, exportable reports, and dedicated partner accounting.

How SmileJet Fits a Modern Dental-Tourism Clinic

Why dental clinics partner with marketplaces in 2026

Direct-to-patient Facebook ads and independent agencies worked for most of the 2010s, but CPC inflation, iOS 17+ attribution changes, and a fragmented landing-page ecosystem have made single-channel acquisition unreliable. Modern high-performing clinics build a portfolio: direct traffic (brand + SEO), agency relationships (specialist coordinators), and marketplace listings (pre-qualified multi-market flow). SmileJet is designed to be the marketplace leg of that portfolio — pre-qualified patients, validated medical histories, and zero risk of channel conflict because patients pay your published prices with no markup.

What makes a high-converting SmileJet clinic profile

The clinics that convert the most inquiries share four traits: (1) 20+ high-resolution photos covering reception, chairs, sterilisation area, lab, and patient rooms; (2) detailed doctor bios including years of experience, university, and specialty focus; (3) brand-verified materials disclosure (Nobel, Straumann, ZimVie, etc.) with lab partner names; and (4) price packages published publicly, even if ranges. Patients travelling from Sydney or London to Ho Chi Minh or Bangkok want certainty — the clinics that give it early win the booking.

How international patients choose a clinic

From thousands of SmileJet patient journeys, the decision is usually not price — it's trust. In any given price bracket, patients short-list 3–5 clinics, then choose based on: (a) third-party verification badges, (b) review volume and recency, (c) English-language responsiveness within 24 hours, (d) specific before/after cases that match their dental situation, and (e) a named coordinator they can reach on WhatsApp before flying. Commission-based marketplaces like SmileJet solve the first two for you; the last three are still on the clinic.

The economics of dental tourism for partner clinics

The unit economics work because international patients generally book higher-ticket treatments (implants, All-on-4, full-mouth rehab, veneers) than local walk-ins. Average SmileJet partner revenue per converted international patient is 4–8x the equivalent domestic patient. Commission economics are structured so that — even after marketplace commission — your per-patient margin is equal to or better than domestic patients at your published prices. And you avoid the marketing spend required to attract that patient yourself.

Partnership FAQ

How much does SmileJet partnership cost?
Nothing upfront. We charge a per-patient commission only when a patient actually treats at your clinic. No membership fees, no lead fees, no marketing charges. The exact commission rate for your country and specialty is disclosed in the partnership agreement.
What types of patients will I receive?
Dental tourists from Australia, the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Korea, Scandinavia, and Japan. Most are 35–65, travelling for implants, All-on-4, veneers, full-mouth rehab, or Invisalign — treatments where savings vs. home-country prices are significant. Every lead is pre-qualified: we collect medical history, X-rays, budget, and travel window before routing to you.
How long does the application process take?
Demo call: 15 minutes. Quality review by our Medical Board: 3–5 business days. Contract signing: same day. Profile build: 2–3 hours. Total: typically 5–7 days from first call to live profile. First leads usually arrive within 14 days of going live.
What are the quality requirements?
We audit against 47 criteria: dentist credentials, sterilisation protocols, material sourcing (brand-verified implants), lab partners, complication rates, English-language capability, digital workflow (CBCT, intraoral scanner), and premises hygiene. Existing JCI, ISO 9001, Temos, or GCR accreditation is a strong signal but not mandatory.
Do you take exclusivity?
No. You are free to work with other marketplaces, agencies, and direct channels. Our partnership is non-exclusive — we earn your business on results, not contractual lock-in.
Is patient data GDPR compliant?
Yes. All patient data is handled under GDPR + HIPAA-equivalent controls. Medical records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Patients consent to data sharing with their chosen clinic at the quote stage.
What happens if a patient has a post-treatment complication?
SmileJet partner clinics commit to a written global warranty. If a complication surfaces after the patient returns home, you coordinate warranty work through us and our post-care team supports return-visit logistics. We have escalation protocols but resolution remains clinic-led.
When do I get paid?
You charge the patient directly — SmileJet does not handle patient payments. You then invoice us monthly for commissions owed on converted patients (net-30). Clear statements and exportable reports are in the partner dashboard.
Can I cancel the partnership?
Yes. 30-day notice, no exit fees. Any patients already mid-treatment are honoured at the agreed commission rate. Your profile comes down within 48 hours of termination.
