I called the hotline to book a dental filling and specifically asked if the clinic was busy. The receptionist said no and took my appointment for 1 p.m., but when I arrived, they made me wait over 40 minutes. The filling itself was simple and nothing to complain about. They told me I needed a tartar removal before the filling, and after the filling was done, the bill was nearly 900,000 VND. I followed all dietary restrictions at home, even though the doctor said I could eat normally after the filling. But less than a week later, the filling broke. When I called the hotline to complain, the receptionist said, "Can I come back to have it checked? There will be no refund, and I'll have to pay for a replacement." Honestly, you people take my money, and since I paid properly, you should do a decent job! It wasn't easy for me to get there; I work at a resort, and it takes an hour to travel to Nha Trang, not to mention my busy schedule. They initially made all sorts of commitments, but in the end, they didn't offer any reasonable solutions. I will NEVER return to this place again.
