Clinics

Practices we list in Ecuador.

Featured partners passed the checks published in our methodology. It is not a clinical endorsement, and it does not change what you pay.

About

Dental tourism in Ecuador.

Ecuador uses the US dollar as its national currency. Fees published by clinics here are already in USD, so there is no conversion, no exchange rate and no rounding between the figure you read and the figure you pay.

We list one city in Ecuador, Cuenca, and one clinic in that city, INNOVATIVE DENTAL, a featured partner. That is a small listing, and this page says so rather than implying a national network.

What treatment costs.

Published fees at the clinic we list run from $20 for a routine cleaning to $3,600 for a full Invisalign course. A single implant is $600 to $750, and the crown that goes on it is published separately at $600 to $750. A zirconia crown on an implant is $1,400 to $1,600. Root canal treatment is $150 to $300.

Where the clinics are.

Cuenca, in the southern highlands, is the only Ecuadorian city we currently list. It has a long-established North American retiree community, and the clinic we list there works in English.

Getting to Ecuador.

Most international patients arrive through Quito (UIO) or Guayaquil (GYE). Cuenca has its own airport, Mariscal Lamar (CUE), served by domestic flights. Guayaquil is roughly four hours from Cuenca by road.

What this page does not claim.

One listed clinic is not a market survey. This page describes what that clinic publishes and what it costs to get there. Featured partner describes a selection process and a commercial relationship, not a clinical endorsement.
