Amazing clinic with just one frustrating issue The good: The doctors and medical staff are REALLY excellent. These are truly top-notch professionals who explain everything clearly and deliver fast, high-quality work. I've had the following treatments here: - Fillings - Cosmetic dental restoration - Teeth whitening - Tooth extraction (went better than any I've ever had — practically no pain at all) You can also purchase any medications needed before or after procedures right at the clinic. In short, I'm extremely happy with the dental services themselves. The issue that ruins the experience: Appointment booking via WhatsApp and the way communication is handled there. 1. I recommended this clinic to a friend. He was given an appointment time, showed up, and it turned out they had mixed up the dates. He waited 40 minutes, and only then did the front desk staff tell him the doctor wouldn't be available for another hour. On top of that, I personally witnessed the same thing happen to another patient. 2. Scheduling an appointment can take a full day — and even then, only if I send a follow-up reminder myself. 3. When I message them to remind that I need an appointment, I get a "How can I help you?" reply — even though we were literally discussing what I needed in that very same chat just the day before. I end up having to explain everything again or ask them to simply scroll up and read the conversation. The dental services themselves are a solid 10/10, but the appointment booking experience really lets the place down.

I was disappointed that the brace and rubber band came off twice, and when I wanted to fix it the next day, I wasn't given good service. I was told to wait with the doctor who served patients who had made an appointment. Even though it only took 5 minutes to fix the rubber band. Shouldn't a patient who experiences something like this receive immediate assistance? But when we arrive on time, treatment times are often delayed by up to 30 minutes. We as patients can wait patiently, but currently, we are considered emergency patients and are not prioritized.

Got two root canals and a cavity between two teeth done here. The price is on the lower side, which is great, but the service is not so great, the first woman dentist just started working on my root canal without confirming I wanted to do it when I had actually just came in for a consultation. It turned out to be a good job, tho I felt like I didn't have much control and wasnt a nice experience. Then I went back for another root canal and some cavities, this time a different dentist, and now just less then a year later I have to get the cavity fillings done again because of leakages. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
