Excellent service and follow up, cant ask for much more than that. Dr Riza did a great job and, explained all procedures. Very caring and the whatsapp follow ups were appreciated. Will definitely come back for further work if needed.

I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for affordable and quality dental work. I am from the Uk and live in New Zealand. I was quoted a ridiculous price for a filling and a crown so I contacted BFC. They provided me with a prompt treatment plan with costs included. With plenty of communication before my visit I already knew I was in safe hands. I had 3 visits on my week trip to Bali - each visit was exceptional. The staff are so attentive and professional. I was fitted with a temporary crown whilst my permanent was sent to a lab to be made. The dentist talked me through each step she was doing and always made sure I was comfortable. The temporary was excellent and I managed to enjoy my holiday with this in place the whole week. I then went back the following week for the crown to be fitted, she noticed there was a small gap and this was not perfect so they sent it back to the lab and it was ready the next day! It’s a perfect fit, correct colour and pain free! I also had a filling and scale/polish. All works completed were to a very high standard and the staff check in after every visit to make sure everything is ok! I save myself a lot of money coming here and am a very happy customer!

I’m so happy with my treatment from Bali family dental centre. I went for composite bonding on my two peg lateral teeth— I wanted it to look as natural as possible and the dentist did an incredible job. I’m super happy with the work, it’s shaped so well with my other teeth you would never know. They also messaged me the next morning asking how I was, which i really appreciate. Dentist office is clean, staff are excellent, and great at communicating and after treatment. I would recommend 100%.

I required some urgent attention as part of an older filling fell out and it was getting a little uncomfortable. so I reached out to quite a few places and Bali Family Dental Care were able to see me the same day. All correspondence was over WhatsApp, I shared a picture of my tooth and we went from there. The place is nice, it’s a little further out and I was a little worried… but once I opened the door it have me very welcoming vibes and helped me relax onto what was ahead. Paperwork was standard, the quality of the discussion of what the issue was and some close up pictures discussed. What they could do today va what could be done later was discussed,some more forms to sign and off we went. I live in Dubai and get used to top quality dentists, this was nearly at the level but very welcoming. The filling was 750k local money which to me was a good price, if you need more work I am sure they will give you a quote/estimate. They seemed quite busy and the waiting room was a mix of nationalities. I am very happy with what I received and also recieved follow ups the next day to make sure I was ok. If you need something and this place works for you, then. I would recommend it!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Bali Family Dental Care deliver an excellent service. I've had several treatments and they have always gone above and beyond. I'm able to book appointments to fit with my schedule and when I needed an adjustment I was given an appointment the same day. They communicated during every stage of my treatments with follow-up messages to check for any issues. I'm an anxious patient but the caring staff always make me feel calm and relaxed. Their prices are also very competitive and more importantly, the facilities are modern and spotlessly clean. I'm from the UK and the treatments I have had, have been of superior quality. As a very satisfied patient, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Bali. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. The space is untidy, and the overall impression is unsanitary. I went for a professional teeth cleaning and retainer fitting. The cleaning was fine, but the retainers were a complete nightmare. When I arrived to pick them up, the staff didn't even invite me into the office—they simply handed me the retainers at the entrance and said, "Try them on." Did they mind if my hands were dirty? I had to wash my hands in a dirty restroom. The retainers ended up being too small and wouldn't fit. Three staff members literally tried to force them into my mouth. I've been wearing retainers for two years now, and this is the first time I've encountered such unprofessionalism. Only after all the hassle did they admit they were too small and promised to make new ones. I immediately let them know I couldn't come back (it's a two-hour roundtrip) and asked for delivery. They replied, "You'll have to pay for the delivery." So they made a mistake, and I have to pay? The service was absolutely terrible. This kind of treatment of patients is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The photo shows a floor rag that was lying right next to the dentist's chair.

I contacted Bali Family Dental Care because I was experiencing severe pain in one of my molars. They gave me an appointment very quickly (first thing the next morning) which I truly appreciated given how intense the pain was. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. The two receptionists were attentive, friendly, and highly professional, speaking perfect English. After filling out a form, I was taken upstairs to see Dr. Reza. He examined me thoroughly and immediately performed emergency treatment under local anesthesia. The procedure was completely painless, and once the anesthesia wore off, the pain had already disappeared. The X-rays and treatment showed that the nerve was dead, meaning I needed a root canal. They promptly scheduled me with their endodontic specialist. The root canal was completed in two phases and was a complete success. The pain has disappeared entirely, and my tooth feels as good as new. What truly sets this clinic apart is the level of care and follow-up. The day after each session, I received a message from Rini, one of the receptionists, checking on how I was feeling after the treatment. That personal touch made a big difference. Dr. Reza, the endodontic specialist, the dental assistants, and the reception team are all exceptional. They guide you through every step of the process, are completely honest, and never try to push unnecessary treatments. Their English is excellent, which makes communication easy and reassuring. The facilities are modern and impeccably clean. I’m planning to return for a deep cleaning and to have a crown placed following the root canal, and I will absolutely continue my treatment here. Many thanks to the entire team for such outstanding care!

Very happy with the service provided. It was a difficult task, having problems for a long time. The dentist did excellent job. Explained all the options. If I had more time in Bali I'd get other teeth fixed. I definitely recommend Bali Family Dental Care Peter

Absolutely recommend Bali Family dental care, not having visited before i was a little apprehensive but they are professional and caring. The work done was fantastic with great pricing(compared to Australia), will be bringing the kids next time in bali.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the experience I had with Bali family dental clinic. I got quoted over 20k AUD to fix my teeth and 3 years of orthodontics work for what this clinic did in 6 days!!
