I am honestly disappointed by how this situation has been handled. A restoration placed at this clinic less than two years ago chipped. I returned expecting a professional evaluation and was told that management would review the case and discuss responsibility. However, during the same visit before any review or decision had been made I was immediately charged 600,000 IDR for a temporary repair directly related to the failure of their own restoration. It is very difficult to reconcile being told that the case will be “carefully reviewed” while at the same time being required to pay for corrective work on the spot. This creates the impression that the outcome was already decided and that the entire financial responsibility automatically falls on the patient. When you invest significant time, trust, and money into comprehensive dental treatment, you expect accountability and fairness if complications arise. I am still waiting for a final resolution and sincerely hope the clinic will demonstrate a professional and responsible approach moving forward.

The restoration you referred to was placed approximately two years ago. In dentistry, no restoration is permanent and none carries a lifetime guarantee. Over time, materials may chip or wear due to normal chewing forces, grinding habits, or natural material fatigue. At the time of treatment, several options were discussed and the restoration performed was the more affordable option selected based on your request. While it restored the tooth’s function, it was not intended to be the most ideal long-term solution for a posterior tooth. A restoration lasting close to two years before chipping is still considered within normal clinical expectations. During your recent visit, a temporary repair was carried out to protect the tooth and restore function, and the IDR 600,000 fee reflects the clinical time, materials, and treatment provided during that appointment. Your case has already been reviewed internally, and based on the clinical findings there was no indication of treatment failure, but rather the natural limitation of the restoration selected at the time. I can confidently say this is probably the best dentist in Bali. I travel to Bali every year and always schedule my dental appointments here — from full cleanings to crowns and other treatments. Every single time, the experience has been outstanding. The clinic is extremely professional, clean, and well organized. The staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist takes the time to explain every procedure clearly, answers all questions patiently, and ensures you feel relaxed throughout the treatment. The quality of work is consistently perfect. My cleanings are always thorough, and the crowns and other dental work have been done with great precision and care. Everything feels natural, comfortable, and looks excellent. I’ve never had any issues afterward. What I really appreciate is the attention to detail and the genuine care for patients. It’s clear they take pride in their work and aim for the highest standards. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Bali who is looking for top-quality dental care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Me and my partner booked appointment in person with this clinic. On the day of appointment it was clear that they mistaken something and forgot our booking. They prioritized other customers that came after us instead of explaining situation they made us wait for an hour to tell that they don't have time to do any treatment today. Disappointing. Poor customer service. 0 accountability.

I came to clinic in person after it took very long to organize appointment on WhatsApp. When I came to clinic they offer me to get x-ray that day (so doctor could determine treatment better before hand, (I needed root canal treatment completion)). After that they booked me for two hours appointment for another day confirming that they will be able to start treatment then. As well as my partner got 1h appointment after me. On the day I arrive they clearly forgot my appointment. Kept calling me another name and took maybe 15minutes to find any information about my case. After that they asked me to wait another 30minutes. Instead of explaining me the situation or mistake they made (offer to come next day reschedule or make up in any way) they made me wait one hour to tell me that they don't have time to do anything today. Showing other people bookings despite me and my partner had 3h. booking and he was willing to give up his time for me. But that time didn't existed. I wasted money on traveling, doing x-ray and my time. Please avoid.

Awful place. I came to them and expect to have treatment of my tooth but they told me- we don’t have a time today for treatment, only for consultation. BUT in conversation in WHATSAPP they didn’t tell me this, so I lost my time, came here to hear - yes, you have a problem with tooth but we can’t treatment it today, you should make new appointment. I’ve never had this disgusting attitude in my life before. I HAVE URGENT SITUATION because my tooth dead and I have inflammation inside! I texted them about it before and expect to have treatment in same day and NO ONE didn’t tell me I’ll have only consultation. NEVER COME BACK!

I went over to Bali from Australia and did some research before hand messenging on what’s app They were very informative and great on communicating the whole procedure. Appointments all booked on what’s app I saw Dr Dhea, she was so lovely , experienced and professional. I had porcelain veneers on top and whitening /clean on bottom teeth .
