A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I highly recommend it, especially for treating children under sedation. Initially, I wasn't convinced by this type of procedure. But now I can confidently recommend it. A child behaves completely differently in a chair.
