A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They're good and helpful, and they do their job well. I can say I'm satisfied. I'll definitely go back to them for further checkups. I had a complicated mouth, but now it's a whole different story.
