They are incredibly unfair with the timing. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, and for my second appointment, I asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and they told me it wasn't possible. Then, with only 3 minutes to spare, they told me I could arrive. What kind of service is that? Terrible ser...
