I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had just come in from outside, and when I arrived, I asked to use the restroom to brush my teeth. They looked me up and down for asking, and when I explained why, the doctor said, "No, leave it like that," and examined me like that. It was uncomfortable, and I felt she wasn't very kind. They are incredibly unfair with the timing. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, and for my second appointment, I asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and they told me it wasn't possible. Then, with only 3 minutes to spare, they told me I could arrive. What kind of service is that? Terrible service and completely unfair regarding the time the customer waits and the amount of time they allow…

They do a very clean job, the atmosphere is great, and they treat you excellently.
