A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I've been using their services all the time. The doctor is very gentle, calm, and explains every step of the process in detail. They listen to the patient's needs and all the staff are lovely. I will continue to use their services.
