My appointment was at 10 am, waited for almost 40 mins just because the dentist WOKE UP LATE. I cancelled the appointment in the end. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to keep patient wait for so long. Should be no star at all but google wont allow me to post this. But I guess 1 star for the receptionist...
