The doctor explained in detail what happened to my tooth. She provided a thorough explanation of what was causing the issues and why it occurred. She also gave me helpful tips on brushing. I think this is very important for raising awareness. Usually, when I go to dental clinics, they don’t offer this kind of explanation. They just ask about my problem and then fix it.
I went to this clinic for braces consultation, including filling, scaling, and polishing. From securing the appointment to seeing the doctors, the process was fairly smooth. The doctor also provided a thorough explanation about the braces process, payment, and treatment plan. I then made another appointment for braces band-up and paid 1/4 deposit. However, I later went to another dental clinic for a second opinion regarding braces. The second doctor highlighted that another molar required filling and that it was quite deep. This left me confused because this tooth was not mentioned or detected during my visit here. I could even see the cavity myself using a mirror, so it felt quite obvious. Before posting this review, the clinic did reach out to me for feedback after treatment, and I informed them about this issue. The only response I received was “Ok Miss,” which felt dismissive and did not address my concern. Due to this, I decided to cancel my braces band-up appointment despite having already paid the deposit. While the service and explanation were initially good, I was disappointed by the missed diagnosis and the lack of proper follow-up when I raised my concern. I hope the clinic improves their examination thoroughness and patient communication in the future.

Alhamdulillah the doctor is very kind and friendly and the doctor will give advice on the treatment we need to take.
I love this place for my dental services, cozy place and friendly staff & doctor. They are good at managing kids dental services, and extra coz they managed my autism kids too. Recommended.
I think maybe I was just unlucky, because my experience with the whitening and filling treatments didn’t go as well as I expected. The doctor treated me as if I was only there for whitening, but what I really wanted was her professional opinion and advice on what I could do to improve my teeth overall. Had scalling & extraction done here. The service provided was excelent. Dr. Nabihah explained about the treatment thoroughly. Minimal to no pain during scalling & tooth extraction. Great service and experience.
I'm a local from Kuala Lumpur living in the apartment across the street. It was my first time getting my teeth fixed, and going to the dentist is always a little nerve-wracking. I came here for the first time. Alhamdulillah the tooth extraction process was very easy and less painful. The doctor and nurse were very good.
