A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
It was explained in detail about my dental problems and what to do in the future. Overall I was met with a very kind and helpful attitude. I came with the recommendation of my friend, and I will easily recommend it to others from now on.
