n. However, specialists confirm that a palate-free solution is absolutely possible with fixed implants. A technically inferior design was chosen here to save time and effort. Optical deception instead of quality: From the outside, the crowns look appealing, but inside the mouth, a medical disaster is revealed. The inner surface of the restoration is completely blocky and clunky. No attention was paid to anatomical fit; instead, a thick zirconia wall was simply built up, constricting my tongue and hindering my speech. Here, aesthetics were traded for health. Treatment errors despite firmly anchored implants: Although the implants themselves are firmly anchored in the bone, the bridge attached to them is a dangerous design flaw: โข Persistent swelling: The thick bridge severely compresses the tissue, leading to chronic pain and acute inflammation (gingivitis). โข Design-related risk of inflammation: Because the massive bridge rests directly on the inflamed tissue due to the design flaw, an environment is created that systematically prevents any cleaning. Bacteria become trapped under the bridge, which in the long term leads to the loss of the otherwise well-positioned implants. Ignorance towards pain patients: I have repeatedly tried to find an amicable solution. I was simply fobbed off with statements like, "You'll get used to it." That my acute pain and swelling are being callously accepted is unacceptable. Visible Defects & Expensive Follow-Up Costs: Despite the short timeframe, significant discoloration is already visible at the joints, indicating inferior materials or sloppy workmanship in the laboratory. What was intended as a solution has now become a financial disaster. Because the construction is so medically deficient, it must be completely removed and remade. The costs for expert opinions and the necessary repairs in Germany far exceed the original costs. In the end, you pay twice โ with money and with your own health. Despite the short timeframe, you end up paying twice โ with money and with your health. Lack of Transparency & Ignorance: I discovered that the former head physician, Dr. Dr. Yรผcel Duman, whose reputation was one of the reasons I chose this clinic, is no longer there. This change in leadership was kept secret from us patients. Since then, medical care seems to have given way to greed. I strongly advise against entrusting your health to this clinic. However, we believe that almost all of the claims made here are unfounded, untrue, and were made intentionally. We have all your medical records, images, CT scans, and findings. You left our clinic satisfied after your examinations and gave us your consent for a thank-you video to be posted on our social media channels. Naturally, your recordings will not be published, but we have evidence that you expressed your satisfaction of your own accord, without any pressure. โข Claim regarding a palateless prosthesis: The treatment plan was developed in the best possible scientific and clinical manner, taking into account the patient's oral condition, bone structure, and the angles of the existing implants. The patient was previously informed that a palateless design was not technically suitable in this case and was advised of the risks of the alternatives; furthermore, written informed consent was obtained. Another specialist's statement that something is "possible" does not mean it is safe in your specific oral situation. โข Medical and aesthetic objections: The zirconium material used is a high-quality, CE- and ISO-certified dental ceramic. It does not have a "block-like" structure, as the patient claims. On the contrary, the patient reported no discomfort during the follow-up examinations immediately after the treatment and left the clinic satisfied. The claim regarding swelling and inflammation contradicts the before-and-after photos provided by the patient and the report from a third-party dentist. Furthermore, our patient received information on implant care, and the necessary procedures were explained to him carefully and in detail. Our clinic cannot be held liable for cases resulting from improper application. โข Legal action: Due to the defamatory accusations contained in this review, such as "intentional bodily harm," we reserve our commercial and professional rights and inform you that we will take the necessary legal action in connection with your allegations. Furthermore, we have provided Trustpilot with evidence proving that the review is untrue. Patient satisfaction and ethical treatment standards are our top priorities. This review was written by someone who never complained at our clinic, did not respond to our follow-up calls, and rejected all our well-intentioned suggestions for a solution.
