A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful (Jessica, Nuria, and Lali...) and the service is very professional and personal. The doctors have exemplary experience and provide excellent care.
