I came in for a checkup and left very satisfied. All the staff were incredibly professional and friendly from beginning to end. That's exactly what I look for in a dental clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; I was treated like a person, not just another customer, unlike at other clinics. They definitely make a difference and make your day pleasant.

I've been going to this clinic for many years, and the reception staff—Lali, Nuri, Jessi, and Saray—are lovely and always try to help in any way they can, always with a smile, which is the most important thing for me. Not to mention the medical team, who are true professionals from head to toe. I recommend it without a doubt.

A clinic with good professionals, but with terrible personal service. They treat you like a commodity and are only interested in getting paid. They only offer the solution that benefits them most. I went to an appointment that the receptionist had scheduled for me and was treated as if I had done something wrong by showing up (it was late in the day). I felt questioned and belittled. Currently, I'm abroad with swollen gums, taking anti-inflammatories, and not knowing what's wrong with me, despite having previously reported the pain. The feeling I'm left with is that, once the treatment is paid for, the concern for the patient's health disappears. And to make matters worse, the administrative management leaves much to be desired: on several occasions, they didn't even know my name or the exact time of my appointment, a constant lack of organization that reinforces the feeling of unprofessionalism. Over time, I've confirmed that this wasn't just a one-off impression: the feeling of being treated like merchandise to be billed is constant. Once the payment is made, the treatment changes and the interest disappears. After spending €4,000, I expected responsibility, follow-up, and respect. When it comes to health, this lack of professionalism is serious. It's a scam.
Carlos did a cleaning for me and it was perfect, very kind and very professional!
I went in June 2025 and they told me they didn't have a date for a cleaning after the consultation. They said they'd call me back, but they never did. In February 2026, I called and they gave me an appointment for today, the 18th, at 11 am. I arrived and they told me they had scheduled me for 10:30 am, but they didn't see me. They're a disaster.

However, Sara worked hard to find options until we finalized the one that best suited my budget, for which I am very grateful! This girl is a treasure to this clinic because, besides being kind and diligent, she understands that if she's flexible and looks for alternatives, reaching financial agreements with patients, they stay, as is my case. They are good professionals, friendly, empathetic with disabled people, and the price is right for the quality. They hardly make you wait at all and remind you a few days before your visit, which is always helpful.
