A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Terrible administrative management and customer service. This is the second time I've tried to use their services and it's gone wrong. They notify you 30 minutes in advance via email that they can't assist you, and they don't even bother to call back or offer a different appointment time.
