A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
It's not very professional; they ask you to leave a review before they've even finished the treatment, between cleanings and whatever else they have to do. I booked a cleaning and even two fillings, and they made excuses when it came time to do them.
