tooth had to be extracted because there was insufficient bone and it would fall out. I told him I wouldn't have the tooth extracted and that I wouldn't have an implant. The result, four years later, is that the tooth is still there without any problem. Now, on October 8, 2025, I went to the clinic because a filling I'd had for many years had fallen out. Dr. Guy treated me, placing a new filling and even telling me that the dentin was fine. Well, on November 15, 2025, the filling that had been placed just a month before fell out. I went to the same dentist who wanted to extract my tooth before, and she told me that now I needed an X-ray! I told her assistant that the previous dentist hadn't needed one and had even said the dentin was fine. Her response was: "Every dentist has their own way of working." Then the dentist came and told me again that she needed an X-ray to see the depth of the tooth. What?! I repeated that I was only there to have the filling redone, the one they had done themselves, and it only lasted a month. Since she refused to do the filling without the X-ray, I told her I would ask for a complaint form. She said that first she had to take a picture of the tooth, and if she couldn't take the picture, she wouldn't give me the complaint form. I told her I wouldn't take a picture and that she was going to give me the form anyway. Unbelievable... LOL...!!! Excuse me, Doctor, but when I left your clinic, I was absolutely certain I would never return. Thank you for your response.

You are being contradictory and unfair: you acknowledge having been well treated by the orthodontists for several years, only to then speak ill of them online, claiming that "the clinic's work is terrible, disastrous, and disappointing." And all because you saved a tooth (number 26) that came in with an abscess and forced me to monitor its progress for months. You were told that if it didn't improve, there were alternatives like an implant. It improved, congratulations, but it's not healed. I'm sending you a panoramic X-ray so you can show it wherever you like. Recognition: the same as for the orthodontists. To top it all off, a few days ago you had a fairly extensive restoration done, which fell off a few days later. When another doctor tried to take another X-ray this Friday, you wouldn't allow it. Your expression of gratitude for her professionalism: "She won't take any X-rays of me." To top it all off, I come out, ask you what's going on, and again, "very grateful," she doesn't even let me speak and asks for the complaint form. (????) You don't deserve a clinic like ours, nor do we deserve a patient like you. Don't come back. It will be best for everyone. The Director, Dr. Pallás.

The clinic itself is good, but unfortunately, the management is quite unprofessional. On two occasions, I had serious organizational problems. The first time, the clinic didn't even open because the person with the key didn't arrive, leaving me and several other patients waiting outside. call myself to request a new appointment. And now, again, they canceled my appointment the night before because the doctor was sick. I understand that someone might get sick, but they don't have any backup plan in place when staff members don't show up, and this is the second time it's happened to me. This demonstrates a lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Furthermore, recalling my first visit, the receptionist claimed I was late because, according to her, my appointment was at 10:00, and I arrived at 10:30. This seemed strange to me because I always write down my appointments correctly. Seeing now that this is the third time they've had management and organizational difficulties, it's very likely that the mistake was theirs and not mine. It's a shame, because both the doctor and the assistant who cleaned my teeth were very professional and friendly during my first visit, but the management wasn't up to par. That's why I've decided to look for another dentist.
