A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Complete disregard for the patient. The first consultation is wonderful, the doctor examines you, cleans your teeth, then orders several ultrasounds, and when you have all the documentation ready to schedule a follow-up appointment, the patient is simply IGNORED. It's like they're doing you a favor....
