A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The professional service is excellent, as is the reception staff. I did have some issues with issuing invoices for income tax purposes, but we were able to discuss and resolve them. I believe I won't have any more problems like this in the future.
