My experience was as follows: I contacted Point Sorriso at the beginning of AUGUST and the receptionist informed me that the available date was August 29th at 3:30 PM. I repeated the date and time at least 3 times. She confirmed and I waited... (almost a month) Upon arriving at the clinic at 3:40 PM...
