A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The facade is wonderful, the dentists are wonderful, but the reception and administration are terrible. Furthermore, behind the scenes there's selective treatment and a lot of indifference from person to person, a kind of class-based selection.
