A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They only respond via WhatsApp, and even then, their service is terrible. I sent a message at 8 am and haven't received a response yet. Unfortunately, they are very disrespectful to people.
