A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
According to my mother: if you have an appointment at 1 PM, go at 4 PM. That's when they'll see you; waiting is the norm. Amazingly, they don't give any explanation. You guys should improve your hours. Otherwise, everything is fine.
