A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I am very satisfied with them, because on the one hand they work very well, meaning the finished dentures, bridges, etc. are completely fine, and on the other hand they pay careful attention to causing the least amount of pain. The latter is especially important for those who are afraid! :)
