A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I'm not even talking about asking "how are you?". They don't even know their patients. It's a terrible place in terms of customer experience. My friend Nur Yılmaz complains about the same thing.
