A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The prices are not notified to the customer very well. Did not explained clearly to the customer on the promotion prices, and did not even notify the customer the consultation fee need to pay extra. Only charge on the counter then the customer know.
