A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
We've been going to this clinic since my son was 3. He's now 7, so we're happy. The only downside is the frequent change of dentists. The standard is very good. No star rating for frequent staff changes. Parking is a problem. However, a tram will be coming soon, so it will probably improve.
