A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
We haven't finished the treatments yet, but I'm still very satisfied with them. They were able to remove my tartar most effectively here, they know what patient communication is and they take it seriously. They don't accuse and judge like other places. I recommend them to everyone!
