A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I have to admit that I don't like going to the dentist at all (does anyone?) but at this clinic they treat you so well and everyone is so attentive and caring that you forget about it and it becomes a very positive experience :)
