A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They seem very professional and organized, but I can't comment on the quality of their work yet since it hasn't started. The price is a bit high, and I can't really justify the cost with the results. Let's wait and see what happens.
