A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They know French. You'll also be looked after by a hostess who speaks fluent French (some without an accent) and will act as an interpreter for the surgeon if necessary. Everything is perfectly organized. I highly recommend it.
