A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Biggest waste of time. They make you book for the service you requested then they say "they made a mistake" and "today it's only going to be a consultation". It's a script that they repeat with everyone, apparently.
