A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Since last year, there have been no problems with service or scheduling appointments. But this year it's been terrible. They have several contacts listed on their website who don't answer, my daughter's braces are coming loose a lot, and they're explaining the procedure to her instead of an adult.
