A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Bad experience. You make an appointment with "x" and "z" answers. They called my partner to confirm the appointment and specialist, and only the time was honored. They also don't have an x-ray machine, so the emergency my partner went for couldn't be treated as such. I don't recommend it.
