A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
If you request an appointment, the serious thing is that they respond to you so you can schedule it. But if they don't even respond to that, it speaks volumes about how unserious they are. It's not serious to receive a half-hearted, unconcrete, and unserious response after a few days. Disreputable....
