A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They offer excellent service, the receptionist is very friendly, and the doctor who treats me is a sweetheart. Highly recommended. They give you an appointment, but there's always a wait, but it's worth it!
