A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
Terrible service. They refused to help us and didn't even respect their opening hours (we arrived two hours before closing time). When they finally let us in, they looked down on us when we asked about treatments, simply telling us they were expensive. Not recommended at all.
