A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The only bad thing is that they don't answer the phone. It takes a long time for them to respond. I've tried for a long time and nothing. The same thing happens with messages; they don't respond and they take a long time. The in-person care has been good so far. We'll see the results of the treatmen...
