A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
They did a terrible job and I lost a tooth because of their malpractice. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. They replaced all the fillings even though they were in good condition, and I ended up with a bite problem.
