A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
A word of advice for those who live far away, especially those in Canada and the United States: if you have a problem, they won't do anything for you. There's no customer service. Afterward, they'll ask for a panoramic X-ray and say they'll contact you. Just the warranty card won't do you any good....
