A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
I made two phone appointments (within the same day of the call) on different days, but both times the appointments were not fulfilled. I would like the staff who spoke on the phone to be more specific about the appointment times.
