A moderator reads every report. The post stays up while they look, and it is only removed for one of the reasons in our published rules.
The clinic environment and the doctors' and nurses' service were quite good. Those who don't speak Thai or English don't need to worry about language barriers because a Chinese translator is always with them during each consultation. They were always very patient in answering my questions.
